We currently offer worldwide shipping with delivery charges calculated according to the destination country. The applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
UK Delivery
We are pleased to offer the following delivery services within the United Kingdom:
Royal Mail – Tracked 48 with Signature: £5.00
DPD – Next Business Day Service: £8.00
FREE UK ROYAL MAIL DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £75.00
Parcels are dispatched Tuesday to Friday. Orders sent using DPD Next Business Day Service on a Friday will be due for delivery on the next working day, excluding bank holidays. DPD offers email and mobile tracking updates, allowing you to follow the status and delivery progress of your parcel. Please note that while this service is fully trackable, delivery times are not guaranteed.
International Delivery
We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping. Delivery charges vary depending on the destination country and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
FREE INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £150.00
International duties and taxes, orders delivered outside of the United Kingdom maybe subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges and handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping charges and are the customers responsibility.
For urgent orders, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing your order. We will do our best to prepare and dispatch your parcel as quickly as possible. Please contact sales@sarah-louise.co.uk for all urgent orders and delivery enquiries.
If you do not receive your order within a maximum period of 90 business days from the date you placed your order, please contact us at sales@sarah-louise.co.uk After this period, Sarah Louise cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.

Returns

This policy applies to online purchases only.
1. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Certain items may be excluded from returns for hygiene or custom‑made reasons (this will be clearly stated on product pages).
3. How to Return an Item

- We will provide return instructions
- We kindly ask that returns are sent back within 7 days of notifying us, wherever possible. However, customers exercising their statutory right to cancel have up to 14 days from the date they notify us to send their items back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- We will process refunds within 7 working days of receiving the returned item
- Original shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the item is faulty
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with details and photos where possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
