We currently offer flat rate postage within the UK using the following services:
Royal Mail – Tracked 48 with Signature: £5.00
DPD – Next Business Day Service: £8.00
Parcels are dispatched Tuesday to Friday. Orders sent using DPD Next Business Day Service on a Friday will be due for delivery on the next working day, excluding bank holidays.
DPD offers email and mobile tracking updates, allowing you to follow the status and delivery progress of your parcel. Please note that while this service is fully trackable, delivery times are not guaranteed.
For urgent orders, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing your order. We will do our best to prepare and dispatch your parcel as quickly as possible. Please contact sales@sarah-louise.co.uk for all urgent orders and delivery enquiries.
If you do not receive your order within a maximum period of 90 business days from the date you placed your order, please contact us at sales@sarah-louise.co.uk After this period, Sarah Louise cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.
